Job summary

PRO EM National Event Services is a national leader in large-scale event production, providing tents, staging, flooring, and turn-key event solutions for sporting events, concerts and festivals, corporate events, weddings, construction and government clients across the country.

The Marketing Specialist will own day-to-day execution of the marketing plan and content calendar, coordinating with outside strategists and partners to translate direction into content and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of progressive marketing experience including content creation, social media, and campaigns.
• Experience coordinating or managing outside agencies, freelancers, or vendors.
• CMS familiarity; Canva and Adobe Creative Suite a plus; familiarity with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of the marketing plan and content calendar.
• Serve as primary contact for outside content, social media, and creative partners.
• Lead creation and scheduling of content across social media, website, email, and paid channels.
• Develop and manage marketing and sales enablement materials with the sales team.
• Manage on-site photo/video content capture at client events and build a content library.
• Update website content and perform basic SEO hygiene in CMS.
• Coordinate presence at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Track marketing performance metrics and report trends to leadership.
• Maintain brand consistency across regions and external partners.
• Support public relations efforts including draft releases and media inquiries.
