Job summary

OS Studios in Las Vegas is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to keep production equipment organized and ready for action. You’ll support warehouse operations, ensuring teams have what they need for world-class events and broadcasts.

You will handle inventory, receive gear, coordinate shipping, and perform routine inspections to keep equipment event-ready. The role requires organization, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management.
• Experience with technical equipment, AV gear, broadcast equipment, lighting, or production assets preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs in an active warehouse.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with inventory management or asset tracking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory of production, broadcast, and event equipment.
• Receive, organize, label, and track incoming and outgoing gear.
• Prepare equipment for upcoming productions, events, and client activations.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, freight, and courier logistics.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is clean, functional, and event-ready.
• Identify damaged or missing equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and asset tracking software.
• Assist with equipment loading and unloading for productions.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Partner with producers, operations, technical teams, and freelancers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Continuously improve warehouse organization, storage solutions, and operational processes.
