Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment’s House of Blues venues seek a dedicated Banquet Server to deliver food and beverage with hospitality and efficiency. You will coordinate with the Sales Manager, greet guests, explain offerings, and assemble orders during events.

Responsibilities include setting up banquet tables, managing buffet service, serving per banquet orders, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. You will upsell beverages and menu items while maintaining venue standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule is required.
• At least 2 years of full‑service or banquet experience interacting with guests.
• Must have a valid alcohol‑awareness certification or be able to obtain one.
• Ability to handle intoxicated guests in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Sales Manager and House of Blues team before, during, and after events.
• Greet guests, explain specials and menu items, assemble orders.
• Set banquet tables per specifications and manage buffet service.
• Serve at events in line with banquet orders and policies.
• Clear and set up rooms, assist in resetting spaces for next events.
• Upsell beverages and menu items; assist guests with recommendations.
