Job summary

City of Allen is seeking an audiovisual technician to support live events in the Civic Auditorium at the Allen Public Library. You will set up, connect, and test equipment, mix audio, operate a video switcher for multicamera, and control stage lighting for in-person and online audiences.

The role involves interacting with performers, rental clients, and staff; ensuring safety, accuracy, and high-quality broadcasts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant training/experience.
• Experience with live-event AV setup and operation is preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities
