Job summary

Production Resource Group (PRG) seeks an Automation Controls Integrator to join its live entertainment team in the United States. The role involves integrating theatrical control equipment, safely operating Stage Command Systems, and guiding on-site crews through show setups.

Candidates should have 2+ years in industrial automation for live events, supervisory experience, and a theatre production background. Travel and safety screening apply. PRG offers healthcare and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

Experience setting up, testing, troubleshooting and running Live Events Automated Control systems.
Ability to solder, crimp, and terminate electrical wires.
Experience supervising teams and delivering technical training.

Responsibilities

Integrate both small and large platform theatrical control equipment in house and in the theatre.
Safely operate and train personnel in the proper use of the Stage Command Systems (SCS).
Cue the movement of scenic elements via the SCS Operator Interface.
Act as the mechanical/automation representative on client sites with on-site supervision of crews.
Establish clear communication procedures to ensure proper setup, running and maintenance of automation equipment.
Assemble, label, and install wiring harnesses and control components into in-house cabinets and scenic sets.
Identify and acquire materials from detailed design drawings, and troubleshoot electrical faults.
