Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lead a team and diffuse conflict.
• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
• Able to read and write, and complete basic math functions.
• TEAM/TIPS Alcohol certification (Required) - on-site training if needed.

Responsibilities

• Event-based role starting 1-2 hours before doors and ending 1 hour after alcohol cut.
• Train staff on alcohol policy and ensure policy is followed.
• Maintain paperwork such as pre-event checklists, signed policies, incident forms, and witness reports.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
