Job summary

Aramark in Broken Arrow, OK is hiring an In-seat Bartender for Regent Bank Amphitheater. This hourly/seasonal, part-time role delivers beverages to guests via in-seat ordering and supports quick service during events.

You will mix drinks, manage cash, follow safety and alcohol service policies, and maintain a clean, stocked concession stand. Prior bartending and cash handling are preferred; ServSafe Alcohol certification is required or provided on hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Certification in ServSafe Alcohol is required or will be trained on hire.
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent is required or will be trained on hire.
• Basic math/counting skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Mixes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Count, organize and balance a cash drawer, fill out cashier slip and make deposits (as required)
• Adheres to Aramark’s cash handling policies and procedures
• Understand and be knowledgeable of the merchandise for sale to assist in-seat servers and accurately process transactions
• Assists in setting up, maintaining and tearing-down a concession stand – places inventory orders as needed during event and in preparation of next event
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned for unit based on operating hours may include beginning and ending inventory of the unit
• Always maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at the end of shift
• Ensure product at assigned location is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service and replenish items as need
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines
• Ensures security of company assets
• Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership

The In-seat Bartender prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests’ using in-seat ordering – which may include preparing mixed drinks, as well as pouring wine and beer.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

This role reports directly to Concessions Supervisor and Manager with oversight by Alcohol Compliance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older (Required)


• Previous bartender experience (Preferred)


• Previous cash handling experience (Preferred)


• TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)


• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)


• Basic math and counting skills (Required)


• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of up to 25lbs.


• Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills


• Willingness to accept change and new procedures


• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes


• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE. This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather.
