St. James Live in Atlanta is seeking friendly, attentive Servers to provide exceptional service to guests during live entertainment events.

You will welcome guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service while maintaining a polished, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive table service.
• Explain menu items, specials and beverage selections.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service-support teams.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate checks.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service stations.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing and side-work responsibilities.
• Support teammates during high-volume service and live events.
• Help create a warm, professional and memorable guest experience.
