Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is seeking a versatile Stage Technician to support all scenic and prop needs for live entertainment events and productions. You will work across venues to ensure safety, reliability, and quality of scenery and props.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, being involved in rehearsals, and assisting with painting and construction tasks. Must lift 50 lbs, work outdoors, and follow park safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Basic technical theatrical skills required for all positions; some roles require expert skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods; able to climb ladders/scaffolding.
• Strong teamwork, professionalism, and multi-tasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain technical support on equipment for live events and productions.
• Maintain show quality standards as set by production staff.
• Perform tasks for scenic elements, props, and scenic painting.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and maintenance for scenery and props.
• Join rehearsals and operate events under Production Staff direction.
• Move around scenic elements in venues, including dark or tight spaces.
• Climb ladders and work at heights over 35 feet; lift 50+ pounds.
• Keep venues clean and safe; assist with shop and storage area maintenance.
• Report unsafe acts and train new personnel as needed.
