Our Project Managers serve as the primary link between our clients and our team. Showcore designs and executes hundreds of live event projects each year, all around the world. Showcores Project Managers ensure that clients receive outstanding customer service through the design, development, and onsite execution of their live events. Having the ability to understand how to lead and interpret the client’s vision while supporting their event goals is critical. You will be responsible for keeping the project on time and on budget while designing creative, impactful event outcomes. You must be confident in your abilities to communicate with clients, lead meetings, pitch event concepts, and problem solve in a dynamic production and creative environment. You will be part of a team providing technical and creative production solutions for multiple projects with multiple clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide creative direction, execution, and design solutions for large-scale events
• Provide onsite technical execution of client events
• Operate as an onsite client facing lead, often calling your own shows, or supporting the production in a technical operator role
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and filed appropriately
• Manage multiple projects at one time
• Manage to budgets and profitability standards
• Travel (sometimes for extended periods of time)
• Manage and build ongoing relationships with existing and new clients
• Work alongside some of the best live event professionals in the industry
• Understand and cater to different personality types and client objectives
• Anticipate client needs before they arise
