Job summary

Centric Events is seeking dependable team members to join our Night & Weekend Event Production Team. This part-time role supports our event execution teams by assisting with the setup, installation, and strike of audio, lighting, staging, and event rental equipment across Arizona.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, loading trucks, setting up gear, and helping with on-site adjustments. No experience? We train motivated candidates who show reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable with physical work and extended time on your feet.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to meet the company’s commercial vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Setting up lighting, audio, staging, and event rental equipment.
• Assisting with event installations and teardown.
• Supporting organized load-outs and equipment returns.
• Working alongside experienced technicians and event leads onsite.
• Assisting production teams during event setups and strikes.
• Maintaining professionalism with clients and venues.
• Representing the company well in public environments.
