Job summary

Spotlight Events, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Multimedia Creator to capture, edit, and deliver high-quality photo and video content at competitions and company events.

You will work closely with the Marketing Team to produce content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more, while building an evergreen library for campaigns. Candidates should bring professional photography/video experience, proficiency in Lightroom and major video editors, and the ability to work quickly in live-event

Qualifications

• Professional photography experience (Required).
• Experience shooting and producing professional-quality video content (Required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom (Required).
• Experience with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (Required).
• Strong understanding of vertical and horizontal video formats for social media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Photograph dancers, performances, awards, behind-the-scenes moments, venues, and staff at events.
• Capture high-quality video for social media, promotional materials, advertising, and future company use.
• Plan, film, and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, highlights, interviews, promos).
• Proactively capture evergreen content for use later in events and campaigns.
• Edit and organize photography in Lightroom and video in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Resolve.
