Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Merchandise Seller for Pensacola Bay Center. You will manage on-site merchandise sales during events, interact with guests and staff, and ensure accurate pricing and order fulfillment.

The role requires customer service focus, basic math for transactions, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time, on-site position with potential for extended shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service and be focused on each guest’s request.
• Have and utilize basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to communicate well, both written and orally.
• Must pass a background check and credit screening.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory count-in and count-out procedures.
• Provide excellent service to all guests, sponsors, production staff, and fellow Bay Center team members.
• Create visually appealing merchandising displays and price items correctly.
• Fulfill guest merchandise orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Enter, charge, and process payments utilizing a computerized Point of Sale System (POS).
• Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
