Job summary

Miami HEAT seeks an IPTV Technician to work at the Kayseya Center in downtown Miami. The technician will program, schedule, and maintain the arena's digital signage network during games and events, using a range of content-management and compositing tools.

The role requires strong networking knowledge, experience with CMS, and the ability to support live events. Occasional extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or industry experience in advertising, marketing, CS, IT, or motion graphics; 2–3 years in digital signage preferred.
• Strong networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Experience with digital signage platforms such as Four Winds Interactive, ANC, Daktronics, Tripleplay preferred.
• Proficiency with content creation tools and CMS for managing schedules and feeds.

Responsibilities

• Program, schedule, and maintain the digital signage displays across the venue.
• Operate content management and compositing software systems.
• Manage IPTV/digital signage during HEAT games and arena events.
• Train and assist part-time system operators as needed.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to execute campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain data feeds and ensure system reliability; handle hardware/software maintenance.
