Job summary

FifthColor is seeking an Installation Specialist Co-op in Sheboygan Falls, WI. You’ll support the setup and execution of event infrastructure for major sporting events nationwide, collaborating with project managers and the events team to deliver on-site installations.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to planning, precision and teamwork, building practical skills while contributing to high-profile events and FifthColor’s growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from high school, trade school or college.
• Interest in hands-on work, events, construction or operations.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools (drills, saws, hammers, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, reliability and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of signage and event elements at major sporting events nationwide.
• Help install, adjust and remove signage, support structures, flags, flagpoles, spectator barriers and fencing.
• Follow site plans and task lists to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Support finishing tasks such as painting and prepping signage for installation.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet tight event deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic installation challenges on-site.
• Assist with post-event breakdown, removal and proper storage of materials.
• Help maintain tools and equipment for future events.
• Keep job sites clean, organized and safe throughout projects.
