Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based industry is essential.
• Experience within a sports, entertainment, or related field is preferred.
• Must have a working email address.
• Must be available for 75% of scheduled events.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and give concise directions to guests.
• Assist guests in finding their seats and other venue amenities.
• Control access and manage elevator operations.
• Provide exceptional guest service and safety measures.
