Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Production Technician to assist with manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication on TAIT products in a collaborative team setting with minimal guidance. This role offers growth opportunities within the department based on skill development and training.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, about one year of related training, and the ability to read blueprints, follow SOPs, and work safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of instructional/professional training.
• Fabrication, carpentry, mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints/drawings.
• Knowledge of rigging equipment and practices (WLL, CO G, LAF).
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and general manufacturing tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team.
• Flexible schedule; 40 hours/week with potential variations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to fabrication and assembly techniques.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances per drawings.
• Produce quality TAIT products meeting brand standards.
• Clean and maintain workspace, tools, and equipment.
• Read, understand, and follow blueprints and SOPs.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions.
• Perform duties per company policies and expectations.
