TAIT is seeking a Production Technician to assist with manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication on TAIT products in a collaborative team setting with minimal guidance. This role offers growth opportunities within the department based on skill development and training.
The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, about one year of related training, and the ability to read blueprints, follow SOPs, and work safely.

The Production Technician will assist with all manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication on TAIT products and projects in a group setting with minimal guidance from the group lead. This position will require the Production Technician to be highly functional in multiple disciplines and help support the fabrication team to deliver a finished product to TAIT’s standards of quality. This position also provides access to continued growth within the department based on skillset and training.
