Job summary

3G Productions in Las Vegas is seeking a Dock Supervisor to lead daily dock operations and ensure safe, efficient gear movement for shows and projects.

You will coordinate truck schedules, inbound/outbound equipment, and labor, working with warehouse and production teams to maintain accuracy and timelines.

This role requires 3+ years in warehouse/logistics and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or equipment rental environments.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience overseeing warehouse personnel or dock operations.
• Experience in fast-paced settings with competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dock operations, truck scheduling, loading, and workflow execution.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound equipment movements and ensure on-schedule deliveries.
• Manage shipping requests, quotes, options, timelines, and costs.
• Monitor dock activity and adjust priorities and labor as needed.
• Support inventory accuracy and use Flex Rental Solutions for transactions.
