Job summary

Concessions Cashier at Sodexo Group is located at PITTSBURG STATE UNIVERSITY, supporting high-volume event concessions with fast, accurate transactions. You will work with various service models in live-event settings, handling cash and assisting with stocking while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Shifts are ANY SHIFT; part-time, on-call, with perks and a comprehensive benefits package offered at many locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Prior concessions, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) or TEAM alcohol training or equivalent.
• Food handler certification may be required based on location.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, payment devices, and transactions securely.
• Assist with stocking and rotation in concession areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of cashier stations, kiosks, and autonomous store areas.
• Able to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business needs.
