Job summary

The Bizarre Agency in Miami is seeking enthusiastic Event Ambassadors to represent client campaigns at live events, retail locations, and promotional activations. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales, and brand promotions.

You will interact with customers, promote campaigns, build rapport, and help gather feedback to improve performance. Training is provided, and there are weekly pay and travel opportunities for selected campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to commute to Miami daily.
• Entry-level opportunity with hands-on marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face campaigns and events.
• Engage with customers to create positive brand experiences.
• Build rapport and identify customer interests and needs.
• Explain products and promotions clearly and confidently.
• Assist with customer acquisitions, registrations, and campaigns where applicable.
• Support engagement activities and promotional initiatives.
• Gather feedback to improve campaign performance.
• Record daily activity and results accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve campaign objectives.
