Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally at live events, retail locations, shopping centers, and promotional activations.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness and create positive customer experiences.
• Present products, services, and promotional campaigns clearly and confidently.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about client campaigns.
• Assist with customer registrations, sign-ups, or sales where appropriate.
• Support promotional events and product launches.
• Gather customer feedback and campaign insights.
• Record daily campaign activity and results accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support campaign objectives.
