Responsibilities

• Represent client campaigns professionally at live events and promotional locations.
• Engage with customers through face-to-face conversations.
• Introduce products, services, and campaign initiatives clearly and confidently.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their interests and needs.
• Answer questions and provide accurate campaign information.
• Assist with customer registrations, sign-ups, or purchases where applicable.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current client campaigns.
• Accurately record daily campaign activity and customer feedback.
• Work toward individual and team campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
