Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in theatrical or related technical fields.
• Equivalency statement: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
• Department may hire at Audio-Visual Technician, I level: little to no related experience.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepared for all assigned shifts.
• Perform tasks such as hanging soft goods, lighting focus, cable wrapping, and truck loading/unloading.
• Follow instructions and receive training for each event.
• Ask questions and follow through on all assigned tasks.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaborate with the team.
• Adapt to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
