Legends Global is seeking an Audio/Production Visual Technician to join our Event Staff team at The Sanford Center in Bemidji, MN. Duties include setting up, operating, and striking AV equipment for live events, coordinating with clients and vendors to meet production requirements, and troubleshooting issues on-site.

The role requires 3–5 years in live venues, a high school diploma or GED, and a technical degree or certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a live performing arts venue/center/theater.
• Technical degree or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and strike audio, video, lighting, and presentation equipment for live events, meetings, and productions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audiovisual systems before and during events to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate with clients, event staff, and vendors to understand production requirements and deliver high-quality event support.
• Conduct routine maintenance, testing, and inventory management of audiovisual equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Assist with event load-in/load-out activities, including equipment transportation, cabling, staging, and system configuration.
