Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18.
• Shifts depend on events and productions needs.
• Basic technical theatrical skills required; expert skills for some positions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for the length of shift.
• Must be able to work with ladders, scaffolding or lifts.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Professional, self-motivated with ability to multi-task and maintain enthusiasm.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain technical support on equipment for events and productions as designed by staff.
• Perform upkeep and prep tasks on time as directed by Full-Time Management.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and maintenance for sound, lighting, and effects equipment.
• Maintain show quality standards as set by production staff.
• Be involved in rehearsal and operation of events under Production Staff direction.
• Navigate around scenic elements in potentially dark spaces.
• Report unsafe acts to Area Supervisor and train new personnel as needed.
