Job summary

Poshmark is seeking a Console Coordinator to manage the live e-commerce environment for Linda's Stuff events in Northeast Philadelphia. You will oversee pre-show setup, run the live console, coordinate with the host, and ensure smooth, engaging streams with accurate SKU organization and timely post-show reporting.

The role requires experience in live selling, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing inventory and show flows.

Qualifications

• Experience in live selling, live streaming, or related e-commerce operations.
• Strong sales instincts to maintain urgency, engagement, and momentum during a live event.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced live environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially managing SKUs, inventory, pricing, and sold items.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning and navigating multiple platforms and systems.
• Strong communication skills to work closely with hosts and team members in real time.
• Willingness to work on-site in Northeast Philadelphia, PA.
• Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts per show schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the live selling console from pre-show preparation through post-show wrap-up.
• Manage products during live broadcasts, including pinning items, adjusting pricing, tracking sold inventory, and SKU organization.
• Work with the host to maintain pacing, momentum, and engaging buyer experience.
• Anticipate host needs and keep products and information organized for smooth streams.
• Monitor audience activity, chat, buyer questions, and sales, relaying info to host in real time.
• Maintain SKU discipline for mystery items, giveaways, and post-show tracking.
• Troubleshoot common technical or operational issues during live events and escalate when needed.
• Adapt quickly to changes in inventory, staffing, or show flow.
• Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service to resolve live and post-live issues.
• Complete post-live reporting and metrics accurately.
• Follow platform and company policies related to bidding, shipping, cancellations, and returns.
• Provide feedback to improve workflows, show execution, and buyer experience.
