Aquent in the Bay Area is seeking a Social Media Content Specialist for a one-week, on-site contract to support the annual user conference. The role focuses on planning, content creation, and live coverage across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.

You will work closely with the Communications team, developing a plan, preparing content in advance, capturing photos and short-form videos onsite, and publishing timely updates with guidance from the Senior Corporate Communications Manager.

Qualificações

• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, company, or nonprofit organization.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for platform-appropriate content.
• Experience capturing photos and short-form video with a smartphone or similar equipment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other major platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, live-event environment.
• Collaborative and proactive, with adaptable plans as priorities evolve.

Responsabilidades

• Social Media Planning: meet with Communications team to develop a content plan and align on messaging and schedule.
• Live Event Coverage: capture key moments, attendees, speakers, and behind-the-scenes activity.
• Content Creation: produce posts, photos, and 1–2 short videos.
• Publishing and Engagement: publish timely content on LinkedIn and adapt for other platforms.
• Brand Voice and Messaging: ensure content reflects corporate voice and priorities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with Communications team, staff, and photographer to coordinate content.
• Post-Event Content: organize and deliver remaining content after the event.
