Job summary

Halo Sports & Entertainment, overseeing the LA Clippers and Intuit Dome, seeks a Broadcast Engineer in Inglewood, CA to support 24/7 operations during NBA games and high-profile events. You will lead setup, maintenance and improvement of all IP-based broadcast systems, ensuring seamless live productions.

You will mentor control-room staff, manage hardware/software integration, and uphold IT security and documentation standards while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in broadcast and streaming roles.
• Strong knowledge of video/audio signal flows and codecs.
• Proven ability to document workflows and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up and supervise all broadcast and streaming equipment for live events.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of systems.
• Train and mentor staff on operations and IT/security practices.
• Maintain, update and document engineering SOPs.
