Job summary

NorthBay Education Inc. is seeking a full-time Audio Visual Media Specialist to maintain and operate A/V equipment across school-year programming and summer retreats.

You will train and assist weekend production teams, manage equipment, and support live NorthBay Live shows with sound and lighting. Experience in theater or media production is preferred, and you will also contribute to video content creation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in AV Technology, Communications, IT, or related field.
• Theater/live production experience recommended.
• Videography/editing/production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Coordinator for NorthBay Live multimedia show.
• Manage campus-wide audiovisual operations including setup, maintenance, inventory, and transport of A/V equipment.
• Operate as Front of House Sound Engineer for nightly performances with high-quality audio.
• Design, program, and operate stage lighting using Lightkey to enhance productions.
• Assist with video production and post-production using Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.
• Serve as on-stage MC during meals and support group facilitation.
• Capture photos and video content to support marketing and storytelling initiatives.
