Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check customers in, take payments, and make reservations.
• Brief new groups prior to the start of the game.
• Monitor customers in the gaming area and provide explanations if necessary.
• Participate with customers in active games if needed.
• Maintain the rooms by cleaning and any required maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs in case of a malfunction.
