Job summary

A local religious organization in Phoenix seeks a Music Minister to coordinate and implement music for the Spanish Mass. This role requires a practicing Catholic with a degree in Music or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for engaging the congregation in musical worship. Qualifications

• Practicing Catholic with in-depth knowledge in theology and liturgical music.
• Strong understanding of cultural diversity and bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• 2 years previous parish experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement weekly music for Spanish Mass.
• Recruit, train, and develop vocalists and musicians.
• Lead and teach the congregation prior to each mass.
