Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of six years of employment law experience to join Littler CaseSmart (LCS) as a Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and must be licensed to practice law in their state of residence. This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States. Pursuant to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC regulation, the starting salary range for this position is $130,000 to $175,000 annually contingent on relevant experience and education and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorneys are responsible for the defense of each administrative agency charge and attorney demand letter assigned to them from investigation through conclusion. This position involves frequent communication with clients and administrative agencies. The defense of assigned charges may involve the following work:
