This senior role oversees the Content Strategy team and is an inspirational leader in our Social Video Services department. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of how to ideate, create, and execute effective content strategies for all major social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc), with an emphasis on video content. They will oversee key client relationships, manage a growing team, and be the internal expert on content strategy. The role also involves managing a variety of individuals on the Content Strategy team, ensuring clarity of roles and growth opportunities, identifying key growth opportunities, inspiring creative vision, and delivering top-performing content that exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading, developing, and scaling the Content Strategy team.
• Defining content strategies from ideation to execution for top-tier clients.
• Overseeing client relationships and serving as an escalation point.
• Supporting new business and client growth efforts.
• Analyzing performance metrics and refining KPIs.
• Staying ahead of digital content and social media trends.
• Collaborating on thought leadership content and representing Little Dot Studios externally.
• Contributing to the growth of Little Dot Studios as part of the senior leadership team.

Qualifications include :

• 10+ years of experience in digital video, content agency, social media, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience creating engaging content and social media strategies.
• Expertise in social platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
• Knowledge of social analytics tools and scheduling applications.
• Leadership skills with a proactive and dynamic approach.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing teams and budgets, with a focus on financial targets.
• Availability for on-site work as needed (Los Angeles-based).
