Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality pizzas and menu items according to Little Caesars standards
• Provide fast, friendly customer service at the counter and drive-thru
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• (Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders) Supervise and motivate crew members during assigned shifts
• (Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders) Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and end-of-day procedures
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet speed-of-service goals

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — we will train the right candidates!
• Previous fast food, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus
• (Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders) Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Must be available for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and a commitment to great customer experiences
