Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot, fresh pizza and menu items according to Little Caesars standards
• Provide fast, friendly customer service at the counter and drive-thru
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
• Shift Leaders/Assistant Managers: supervise crew members and delegate tasks during shifts
• Shift Leaders/Assistant Managers: handle cash management, inventory, and daily operations
• Uphold food safety and quality control standards at all times

Requirements:

• No experience necessary for Crew positions - we will train the right candidates!
• Prior quick service restaurant (QSR) or food service experience preferred for leadership roles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude
• Assistant Manager candidates should have prior supervisory or management experience
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
