Job summary

The Lititz Financial Analyst role at Kenvue Inc. partners with the Plant Controller to deliver timely financial guidance for the Lititz, PA site. You will support monthly and quarterly closes, budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation in collaboration with the management team.

You will help identify strategic initiatives, perform thorough financial analyses, and ensure accuracy and compliance across reporting, while working in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years in finance/accounting fields.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and influence in a matrix organization.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.
• On-site work fostering collaboration and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead site finance business partner for the Lititz manufacturing facility.
• Provide decision support with thorough financial analysis and cross-functional partnerships.
• Support long-range financial planning and translate insights into cost-effective, value-adding solutions.
• Ensure monthly close is completed per local/corporate requirements and reflect accurate financial position.
• Prepare reports on actual vs. budget expenditures with variance explanations and monitor key metrics.
• Support the annual budget and forecast updates, including standard-setting.
• Participate in corporate meetings and brief senior management on financial position and risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies; assist audits as needed.

The Lititz Financial Analyst will partner with the Controller supporting the Lititz, PA manufacturing site. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide financial guidance to the management team as it delivers both short and long-term goals while supporting monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting requirements. The Lead Financial Analyst will also be responsible for proactively identifying associated risks and mitigation plans in partnership with management. The individual will support the Leadership team in identifying, evaluating, and selecting key initiatives to achieve overall goals including providing support to a regional finance team in support of overall consumer sector strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage as lead site finance business partner for manufacturing facility
• Provide decision support to partners by developing thorough financial analysis while cultivating both internal and external partnerships
• Support the development of the plant long range financial plan in partnership with various groups by translating insights into cost effective, value adding solutions while creating roadmap to achieve long term financial goals
• Ensure monthly financial closing process is completed in accordance with local/corporate requirements and reflect accurate financial position
• Prepare reports on the actual results of current expenditures relating to the budget, and the explanations for the variations, while monitoring key financial metrics and performance indicators
• Site support for the annual budget and forecast updates including standard setting
• Actively participate in meetings of the corporation, and keep senior management informed on the current financial position and risks of the company
• Ensure quality and compliance in all actions, fulfilling all regulatory requirements on a timely basis
• Support both internal and external audits, provide support during audits to comply with accounting standards, and company policies, procedures and rules, as well as with those of regulatory agencies and ensure compliance of such
• Demonstrate and inspire the behaviors that reinforce our company values and the quality statement in all activities within and outside the company

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance/accounting related field
• The ability to work in cross-functional teams and influence others in a matrix organization
• The candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong presentation skills
• The ability to work in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
• Requires on-site work fostering company culture, and enhancing collaborative teamwork

Desired Qualifications

• Business experience in at least one of the following areas: finance supply chain, cost accounting, finance, supporting manufacturing environment
• MBA and/or CPA, CMA
