Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Managing Member, the attorney will assist with all aspects of litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery, interviewing witnesses and conducting investigations, reviewing and analyzing documents, drafting briefs and pleadings, taking depositions, and appearing in court.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of substantive legal experience working in a mid- to large-sized law firm on sophisticated commercial litigation matters. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, stellar research and writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

• Analyzing complex contracts

• Preparing and presenting witnesses for depositions and hearings
• Trial and arbitration experience a plus
• E-discovery experience (ideally Relativity or DISCO) a plus

Requirements:
