The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery, interviewing witnesses and conducting investigations, reviewing and analyzing documents, drafting briefs and pleadings, taking depositions, and

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Illinois.
• Admitted to federal court; trial bar a plus.
• Up-to-date continuing education requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and Westlaw.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of litigation.
• Draft and respond to discovery.
