Job summary

Including Inclusion, LLC is actively seeking an experienced Litigation Trial Paralegal to support trial teams handling sophisticated civil and commercial litigation matters across multiple offices, including Houston, Dallas, St. Louis, and Bloomfield Hills.

In this role you will coordinate trial preparation and courtroom logistics, draft and prepare pleadings and discovery responses, manage exhibits and witness materials, support eDiscovery, track document productions, and collaborate closely

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of civil trial and commercial litigation experience.
• Significant hands-on trial preparation experience.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and discovery.
• Experience with eDiscovery and substantive document review.
• Experience with Relativity, TrialDirector, PowerPoint, Excel, and LexisNexis preferred.
• Strong cite-checking and Bluebook skills preferred.
• TBLS, NALA, NFPA, or specialized paralegal certification preferred.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under significant deadline pressure.
• Availability for overtime and travel during trial periods.

• Support eDiscovery and substantive document-review projects.
• Track document productions and discovery activity.
• Coordinate with Litigation Support teams and external vendors.
• Work directly with clients, outside counsel, attorneys, and professional staff across multiple offices.
• Assist with trial technology and presentation preparation.
• Maintain case databases and litigation files.
• Perform legal research, cite-checking, and other substantive litigation-support functions.
• Assist with other trial and case-management responsibilities as needed.
