Job summary

De Vore Recruiting seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support active litigation and trial matters in Los Angeles. You will assist with case preparation, discovery, document management, and legal research, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong eDiscovery experience, exemplary writing and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple attorneys and matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum litigation experience with ability to support multiple matters.
• Experience with eDiscovery and document management essential.
• Experience with Relativity and NextPoint preferred; Westlaw required or preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage competing deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support active litigation and trial matters. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with active litigation and trial matters from case preparation through resolution
• Assist with document management, discovery, and eDiscovery processes
• Organize, review, and manage large volumes of case documents and information
• Conduct legal research and assist with drafting and preparing legal documents
• Track deadlines, case developments, and other critical litigation requirements
• Provide general litigation and trial support as needed

Qualifications

• Strong litigation experience; candidates with direct trial support experience are preferred
• Strong eDiscovery and document management experience
• Experience with Relativity and NextPoint preferred
• Excellent legal writing, research, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Experience with Westlaw required or strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Harvey AI is a plus
• ProLaw experience helpful but not required
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys and matters

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office
