Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience.

• Trial experience or meaningful exposure preferred.

• Interest in expanding into transactional matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Managing discovery, including drafting and responding to requests
• Taking and defending depositions
• Assisting with trial preparation and courtroom appearances
• Advising clients on business and legal matters
• Participating in transactional work, if desired
• Building relationships with clients and contributing to the firm’s continued success
