Job summary

Ice Miller LLP is seeking a Litigation & Practice Support Analyst to support day-to-day litigation technology needs across cases and projects. The role leverages eDiscovery best practices to collect, organize, analyze, and produce documents throughout discovery.

You will collaborate with attorneys and professionals, providing technical support and training to ensure effective use of litigation technology for improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of four years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Certifications such as CEDS, RCA, TrialDirector Administrator or similar preferred.
• Experience with Relativity and TrialDirector strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply a thorough understanding of eDiscovery best practices throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Utilize analytics and technology-assisted review tools to enhance document review efficiency.
• Manage collection and processing of data types including mobile devices and messaging platforms.
• Oversee backend eDiscovery processes and coordinate with vendors.
• Build and manage electronic databases for document review and production.
• Set up and manage document review projects for consistency and defensibility.
• Prepare and manage electronic productions for litigation and regulatory matters.
• Maintain data integrity during processing, conversion, and export of materials.
• Provide technical training and support to attorneys and staff on litigation tools.
