Job summary

This position is located in Abilene, Texas, within the United States Attorneys' Offices, and supports a team of AUSAs/SAUSAs handling criminal litigation, including discovery management, case exhibits, and presentation preparation.

Qualifications

• One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level.
• Experience operating litigation support hardware and software (Everlaw, Eclipse, Relativity, Trial Director, Camtasia Studio 8, MS Office).
• Preparing and organizing discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the collection of discovery.
• Prepare, organize, index, develop, and manage exhibits, evidence and data.
• Prepare documents including subpoenas, pleadings, memos, and correspondence.
• Operate a variety of computer hardware for exhibits and presentations.
• Analyze and summarize factual aspects of cases from agency reports.
• Organize, review and produce discovery with indexes and logs.
• Assist in organizing case information for automated retrieval.
• Assist with hearings, conferences and trials.
