Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience or education as defined for GS-7 level.
• Experience organizing case information and assisting with discovery.
• Knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Evidence, and Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to AUSAs on discovery management.
• Elicit complete responses from law enforcement, witnesses, and subpoena recipients for discovery.
• Train attorneys and staff in organizing case information and retrieval.
• Use ALS software to locate, organize, and present relevant information.
• Prepare trial documents: witness lists, exhibit lists, jury instructions, subpoenas.
• Provide customer support for litigation technology applications.
