Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year legal assistant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to adapt, change pace quickly with a high degree of multi-tasking and time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle client calls, collect necessary paperwork, correspondence, initial investigations.
• Order medical records and verify billing.
• Maintain and update client files in SmartAdvocate and perform administrative tasks.
• Assist with trial preparation, marking exhibits, printing documents, and assembling binders.
