Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst II for our New York office to design, implement, and support eDiscovery workflows across multiple platforms. The role requires a proactive self-starter able to meet tight deadlines and collaborate with clients, counsel, and IT teams.

You will manage databases, participate in policy development, and mentor colleagues while maintaining data integrity and efficient case processing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on office experience.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Experience with eDiscovery workflows and litigation support.
• Strong analytical and data skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of social media and media editing.
• Experience in a law firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, maintain and troubleshoot litigation support databases.
• Attend vendor webinars to learn new tech.
• Work with clients, in-house counsel and IT managers to design e-discovery strategies.
• Draft internal policies for litigation support.
• Install hardware and software for case teams.
• Develop and implement eDiscovery protocols.
• Explain e-discovery concepts to firm members.
• Lead and train new colleagues and manage data transfers.
