Position Summary

We are looking for a Litigation Support Analyst to handle eDiscovery tasks including analysis, processing, and production of electronic data. Recent Computer Science or Digital Forensic graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Intake, tracking, staging, analysis, and reporting of electronic evidence.
• Process electronic data following client specifications and TLS standards, including ingestion, deduplication, culling, indexing, keyword searching, date‑range filtering, and encryption.
• Convert native files into industry‑standard image formats (TIF, JPG, PDF) and perform quality‑control checks.
• Create and quality‑control client deliverables containing images, natives, text, metadata, and load files for platforms such as Concordance, Summation, and Relativity (OPT, LFP, DII, eDII, XML, DAT, DCB).
• Analyse, quality‑control, and manipulate third‑party productions.
• Batch TIFF, OCR, endorse, Bates.
• Password cracking and metadata extraction/analysis for import into legal review platforms.
• Analyze, report on, and query SQL databases.
• Basic ingestion, searching, and exporting of data using Digital Reef and LAW PreDiscovery.
• Communicate with Project Managers and Coordinators to meet timelines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self‑starter with ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Access, and text editors such as TextPad, WordPad, Notepad++.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Flexible work hours as required.
• Troubleshooter, problem‑solver, and creative thinker.
• Client‑facing experience.

Desired Skills

• Experience with coding or scripting (VBS, VB, PHP, C#, JS).
• Prior knowledge of eDiscovery or legal software such as LAW.

Salary

$66,000 – $70,000 with bonus eligibility.
