Job summary

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex, high severity commercial casualty claims.
• Negotiate settlements and review new lawsuits with recommendations for handling.
• Identify and manage complex high exposure claims and monitor defense counsel adherence.
• Attend mediations, trials, and discovery processes as required.
• Provide information to reinsurers and affiliates as needed.
