Latham & Watkins is seeking a Litigation Services Supervising Attorney to oversee Texas Litigation Services teams in Austin or Houston, with potential for hybrid/in-office work. You will lead staff, hire, train, and evaluate personnel while guiding procedural strategy and calendar management across jurisdictions.
The role requires a J.D., state bar admission, five years in Litigation Services, and at least two years in supervision, delivering confidential, high-stakes support to litigation teams.

The Litigation Services Supervising Attorney is an integral part of Latham’s Litigation Services team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Texas Litigation Services teams, in collaboration with the Litigation Services Managing Attorney, while developing and supervising the Texas Litigation Services team and playing an active role in hiring, assignment, training, and evaluation of the staff, including recommendations regarding salary and bonus administration. This role will be located in either our Austin or Houston office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
